User Name and Change
|
User name is based on first come first served while it is available. We recommend the name be minimum of 5 characters to 12 characters long. It can be a mix of letter and number as well as the "-" and "_" sign. However, the first character must be a letter. Once the account is activated, there would be a $5.00 administrative charge for any user who request to change the user name.

Cin.Net takes serious actions against "spamming"

| We do not like to have unsolicited mail, or "spam mail" flooding users' mail box .It is also violating our user policy to send unsolicited mail through our servers. This has brought us to implement strict rules on our mail servers to ensure that e-mail usage is not abused. If you have recently received any "junk" e-mail, please report it to abuse@cin.net |
