This Acceptable Users Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "AUP") spells out the terms and conditions of utilizing Cin.Net as an Internet access provider and outlines the responsibilities of the user in properly accessing the Internet and Cin.Net’s network facilities.

• All users accessing Cin.Net servers and network system(s) must agree to the terms and conditions included and implied in this entire document. By accessing the Cin.Net network, user agrees to follow the AUP to its fullest extent. Any violation of the AUP may result in a non-refundable suspension of user’s account.
• The rights of access conveyed by this AUP are non-transferable. Use of Cin.Net accounts is expressly limited to the individual or dependents whose names appear on the user registration form. For accounts used in the business environment, only the employee listed on the user registration form may the account. In addition, each account is limited to one concurrent access. Violation of this rule may result in immediate account suspension.
• Cin.Net services may be used only for lawful purposes. In accessing the Cin.Net system(s) and service(s), user(s) agree that the use of Cin.Net system(s) or service(s) will not be used in violation of any laws; International, Federal, State, or Local statues, rules, and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, material that is legally obscene, threatening, libelous, confidential trade-secret, patented or copyrighted, unsolicited bulk mail, chain mail, posting to USENET news groups, or faked e-mail. Upon discovery of violation, user’s account or access to the Cin.Net network will be disabled without refund and user shall be liable of any damage or claim due to the cause.
• User(s) understand that Cin.Net will cooperate fully in any investigation which is requested by parties alleging to be effected by the user(s) behavior while using a Cin.Net account or network. Furthermore, Cin.Net reserves the right to release any evidence of suspicious activities, in which Cin.Net believes to be in violation of International, Federal, State, or Local rules and regulations. In addition, Cin.Net will fully cooperate with government agencies in providing evidence of illegal network activities.
• User(s) agree to release Cin.Net, its owners, officers, employees, suppliers of services, and agents from any and all claims, demands, suits, judgments, causes of action, losses, expenses, fees (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), liability, damages for libel, slander, infringement of copyright from material transmitted via Cin.net, or arising from the usage of Cin.Net or its other network services. Furthermore, Cin.Net does not provide any warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, in its network services. Therefore, Cin.Net shall not be held responsible for any loss that user(s) may suffer from the use of Cin.Net and its other network services, including but not limited to interruption of service, "computer viruses", incomplete/incorrect/delayed delivery information regardless of cause. This indemnity shall survive the termination of the agreement.
• The security of the user’s account, including password and access methods, is his/her responsibility and all accesses determined to originate from his/her account or network connection will be considered to be undertaken by him/her. User(s) agree to notify Cin.Net immediately if he/she believes that the account or network security has been or is being compromised.
• User(s) agree not to abuse the Cin.Net and other Internet network systems or their resources; including disk space, network and accounting security, and further to agree not to release his/her account to others in accessing the Cin.Net network.
• This AUP (Acceptable User Policy) strictly prohibit users sending UCE  ( Unsolicited Commercial E-mail). Violator will be subjected to a minimum of $500.00 per incident for the "clear up" charge.
• User(s) agree to pay Cin.Net for any and all charges relating to the use of User’s account(s) to rates and prices published on-line at the time the service is activated. User(s) agree to pay Cin.Net in a timely matter. If payment is not received by the account expiration date, the applicable account(s) will be deactivated. User(s) also agrees to notify Cin.Net Network Operation Center of any changes regarding account information within 10 days; including changes in address, phone number, credit card information, primary modem access number, etc. In some instances, Cin.Net may provide promotion rates for certain market areas. It is the User's responsibility to notify us or our authorized agents if the User wishes to switch to these promotional rates for the promotional period. Please keep in mind that these promotional rates often include various restrictions which may affect the User's current level of account service.
• Cin.Net conducts communications with its users strictly by phone or electronic mail. All billing and system-wide notifications are done via electronic mail. It is the user’s responsibility to read his/her electronic mail on a regular basis to ensure proper reception of payment and network notifications.
• Cin.Net reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without individual notice. Changes will be made and published on-line. Further more, Cin.Net reserves the right to change the services offered and cost of said services at any time to reflect the cost of operation or market situation. Notification of said changes via on-line methods in a conspicuous place shall constitute proper notice.
• Cin.Net accounts that are canceled before expiration of term are not entitled to a refund. This agreement, which is not transferable, shall automatically continue at the end of the initial term unless the users notify Cin.Net in writing or via electronic mail at least 10 days before expiration of the account.

User(s) also should understand that any violation of these Subscriber Account Terms and Conditions may result in immediate termination of his (her) CIN.NET subscriber account and forfeiture of his (her) remaining Subscriber account subscription fees.
